Why is it so popular?

Blepharoplasty can improve the look of the areas around your eyes and help restore a more youthful appearance.

How is it done?

With a small incision in your upper and/or lower eyelid, excess skin and fat deposits are removed.

Why do it?

Removing excess skin and fat can reduce under-eye bags, wrinkles and even dark circles. It can also provide relief for those who have excess drooping skin that impairs their vision.

Upper or lower eyelid?

Blepharoplasty can be performed on the upper or lower eyelid, or both, depending on your unique needs.

Men or women?

Eyelid lifts are popular among both men and women, and are considered one of the best ways to achieve a refreshed, natural look.

Do you need eyelid surgery?

If you have puffiness, bags or loose skin around your eyes that you’d like to try and improve, blepharoplasty may be a good choice for you.

How long is the recovery time?

You will be advised to rest at home for about a week. During week two, Dr. Guarnieri will remove your stitches.
