Our Office

Policies

Scheduling Appointments: We ask that all guests schedule in advance. Each appointment is to be secured by gift certificate or credit card.

Payments Accepted: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, cash, or gift certificates.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a single service requires 24 hours advance notice; 48 hours for multiple-service cancellation. Failure to provide proper notification when canceling or rescheduling will result in a 50% charge for each missed service. Failure to provide any notification will result in a 100% charge for services.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available for purchase in the office. They are non-refundable and valid for one year from date of purchase.

Gratuities: Gratuities are always appreciated by our spa staff. Unless noted on the gift certificate, gratuities are not included in the service price and cannot be deducted from the gift certificate.

Children: Due to safety and liability issues, children 12 and younger are not permitted in treatment areas unless receiving a service. Parent must be present for children’s services.

Valuables: We encourage you to leave all valuables at home or in your car, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Cell Phones: For your own comfort, as well as that of other guests, please set your cell phone on silent before entering the office.

  • Monday: 7:30am to 3:30pm
  • Tuesday: 7:30am to 3:30pm
  • Wednesday: 7:30am to 3:30pm
  • Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Friday: 7:30am to 3:30pm

Other appointments can sometimes be arranged based on the Doctor’s availability. Our Master Esthetician is available Wednesday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and other times by special arrangement.

Complimentary Consultations

Complimentary consultations are for patients pursuing cosmetic procedures only. Any medical consultations will be processed through insurance. You will be responsible for the cost of your copay. We also offer self-pay options for patients who may not have insurance.

Financing

We require pre-approval of your financing plan before treatment/services are rendered. Some financing programs we suggest are:
